ABOUT ME
You can never really forget that moment when you realize you have found your passion. For me, that moment was when I found UX design. It felt as if this path was meant for me, a combination of creation, analytics, and people.
I’ve had the opportunity to work in a variety of roles from finance, to community management, to design. By switching from one field to another, I’ve gained a wide lens view of how to tackle problems and gained confidence in my ability to wade through new industries and experiences.
As a designer, I am a listener and a creative, striving to solve everyday problems by designing with the user's voice as my inspiration.

Supported design work across CVS Health scheduling experiences including COVID-19 testing, Paxlovid, and the consolidation of scheduling experiences across CVS.
Supported user needs analysis and usability improvements for Tufts Health Plan by gathering data-driven insights through research methods and collaborating across teams to enhance product definition and achieve business goals.
Managed recruitment of over 800 fast-paced projects for client requests of functionality, usability, and a11y testing on websites, mobile applications, and AI.
